Terms & Conditions — qe999 Platform Rules and User Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "qe999", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the qe999 platform, its operators, and affiliated entities responsible for providing the services available at qe999.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" — refers to any individual who registers an account on the qe999 platform and uses any of its services.
• "Platform" — refers to the qe999 website (qe999.io), including all pages, features, games, sportsbook markets, and account management tools accessible through it.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account held by a Player on the qe999 Platform.
• "Services" — refers to all betting, casino gaming, live dealer, and related services made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, or incentive amount credited to a Player's account that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" — refers to the minimum total betting turnover that must be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by qe999 before processing withdrawals.
• "BDT" / "৳" — Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all qe999 transactions are denominated.

By accessing the qe999 Platform, creating an Account, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. This agreement takes effect from the moment you first access the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions should be read alongside the qe999 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and qe999. In the event of any conflict between documents, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless otherwise stated.

qe999 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this document periodically.

To register an Account with qe999, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. qe999 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 years for all registered players. This requirement applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registrations made on behalf of a third party, or by automated means, are strictly prohibited.
• You must not currently be self-excluded from the qe999 Platform or any affiliated platform under a self-exclusion agreement.
• You must not have had a previous qe999 Account closed for breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current registration information. Any misrepresentation in registration details may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only. If qe999 detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts may be suspended, pending balances forfeited, and the player permanently banned from the Platform.

qe999 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity, age, address, or payment method ownership at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in Account suspension and the withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is complete.

You are solely responsible for the security of your qe999 Account login credentials, including your username and password. qe999 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features.

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. qe999 will not be liable for any financial losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was made possible by your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify qe999 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. qe999 will investigate and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome of the investigation.

qe999 reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The Account holder has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• The Account holder has provided false or misleading registration information;
• Suspicious, fraudulent, or irregular betting activity has been detected;
• The Account holder has requested self-exclusion through the responsible gaming tools;
• A regulatory obligation requires qe999 to do so.

Upon closure of an Account in good standing (i.e., not as a result of a breach), any verified cash balance remaining on the account will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, less any amounts subject to pending bonus wagering requirements.

All transactions on the qe999 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). The following payment methods are currently accepted for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time; the current list is always displayed in the Cashier section of your Account.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are credited to your account balance in real time for mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Card deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 30 minutes to reflect depending on your card issuer. qe999 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. All withdrawal requests require a fully verified Account (KYC completed). qe999 targets processing all withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval, though actual receipt of funds may depend on your payment provider's processing times. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the originating deposit wherever possible.

Transaction Limits: Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction and per day may apply. Current limits are displayed in the Cashier section and may be adjusted based on your Account verification level and activity history.

qe999 reserves the right to reverse any deposit or withdrawal transaction where evidence of fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes is identified. Players who initiate fraudulent chargebacks will have their Accounts permanently closed and any outstanding balances forfeited.

qe999 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion, which should be read in conjunction with these general Terms & Conditions.

The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonus funds are credited to your account as non-withdrawable promotional credit. They become withdrawable only after the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for the promotion. Uncompleted bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited at the expiry of the promotion period.

All bets placed on the qe999 sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market type. General betting rules that apply across all markets include the following:

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only valid once it has been confirmed by the qe999 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. In-play bets are subject to a brief delay and are accepted subject to the live odds at the time of system confirmation.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake amounts per bet are displayed at the time of bet placement and vary by market and event. qe999 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or on an accumulator.
• Voided Bets: A bet may be voided at qe999's discretion where: the event is cancelled or postponed and not replayed within 48 hours; a manifest pricing error is identified; or evidence of match manipulation is confirmed by the relevant sporting authority.
• Palpable Errors: Where odds are published due to a manifest error (for example, a team listed at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault), qe999 reserves the right to void any bets placed at those odds regardless of the outcome of the event.
• Live Betting: In-play betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during key moments of an event (e.g., wickets in cricket, goals in football). Bets submitted during a suspension period will not be accepted.

Specific rules for cricket, football, casino games, and crash games are available in the Help section of the qe999 Platform. Players are encouraged to familiarise themselves with sport-specific and game-specific rules before wagering.

qe999 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and transparent betting environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and permanent ban:

• Using or attempting to use any automated betting software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes or exploit game mechanics;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities — whether in the Platform, live casino games, or crash games — to gain an unfair financial advantage;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of corrupt activity relating to sporting events offered on the qe999 sportsbook;
• Accessing the Platform or placing bets using a VPN, proxy, or other tool designed to circumvent geographic restrictions;
• Laundering proceeds of criminal activity through deposits and withdrawals on the Platform;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qe999 staff or other players via any communication channel associated with the Platform.

qe999 employs dedicated fraud detection and risk management systems. All accounts and wagering activity are subject to ongoing automated and manual review. The decision of qe999's risk and compliance team in matters of fair play and prohibited conduct is final.

qe999 takes its responsible gaming obligations seriously. Gambling should be a form of entertainment and should never be undertaken as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. qe999 provides the following tools to help players maintain control over their gambling activity:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use only. This licence does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from qe999;
• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any part of the Platform or its underlying software;
• Use any qe999 trademarks, logos, or brand identifiers without express written permission;
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract content from the Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of qe999's intellectual property may give rise to claims for damages and/or criminal prosecution under applicable law. qe999 actively monitors for intellectual property infringement and enforces its rights accordingly.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, qe999 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or the Services.

Without limiting the foregoing, qe999 specifically disclaims liability for:

• Loss of winnings, profits, or anticipated savings arising from Platform downtime, technical errors, or connectivity issues;
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard);
• Loss or corruption of Account data resulting from circumstances beyond qe999's reasonable control;
• Any reliance placed on the accuracy of odds, scores, statistics, or other information displayed on the Platform that is sourced from third-party data providers;
• Losses incurred as a result of a Player's failure to secure their Account credentials.

The qe999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While qe999 makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability and accuracy, it does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code at all times.

qe999 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and KYC verification is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, payment processing, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance. qe999 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

qe999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are required urgently for legal, regulatory, or security reasons, qe999 may implement them with immediate effect. In all cases, the current version of the Terms & Conditions published on this page at qe999.io/terms-conditions represents the binding agreement between you and qe999.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which qe999 operates its online gaming services.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and qe999, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through qe999's internal dispute resolution process. If a dispute cannot be resolved through qe999's internal process, both parties agree to escalate the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitration body. The language of arbitration proceedings shall be English.

Nothing in this clause limits a Player's statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
